We do our best to show products, colors and sizes accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly by batch.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (or your local currency). Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Your contract with us

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when your order is confirmed. We may cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error; in that case you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered in 8–20 business days. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase. We give you 30 days. Details, including exceptions, are in our Returns & Refunds policy and our model withdrawal form.

7. Legal guarantee

You have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for all products, in line with the laws of your country of residence.

8. Safe use

Always supervise your pet when using a new product, choose the correct size, and follow the product instructions. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary care.

9. Liability

We are liable in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
