Where we ship

We ship to all 27 countries of the European Union.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered in 8–20 business days from the day you order (processing and shipping included). Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Our products are shipped from partner warehouses, which may be located outside the EU. Delivery can take longer during peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
