Returns & Refunds

Returns, Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

30-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of the day you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving any reason. This is longer than the 14 days required by EU law.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw, for example by emailing hahafafa2000hahafafa@gmail.com with your order number. You may use our model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your message before the withdrawal period ends. We will confirm receipt and send you the return address.

Returning the goods

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You may handle the goods to check their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not pay any fees for the refund. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier.

Exceptions

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (such as pet diapers and toothpaste) once they have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Personalized goods made to your specifications, such as engraved collars.

2-year legal guarantee

All products are covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us at hahafafa2000hahafafa@gmail.com. A photo helps us resolve it quickly. We will repair or replace it, or refund you, as required by law. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
